As Account Manager in the Strategies 360 Idaho office, Noé focuses on partnering with team members to grow the Idaho practice as well as managing project deliverables for clients. Noé brings a strong background in education, nonprofits, and community initiatives that support the overall function of the Idaho office.

After graduating from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in history, Noé worked as a paraprofessional with English-language-learning students in the suburbs of Chicago at a high school. This is where he built his foundation of education experience. Then, Noé transitioned to community involvement as he spent the next several years traveling around the U.S providing free health care screening to underserved communities. In 2015, he moved to Idaho and since then has been working on educational and workforce initiatives in the state. In his last role, Noé launched a workforce development nonprofit with the Idaho Manufacturing Alliance.

Noé fell in love with Idaho as soon as he moved. He never gets tired of the natural glory that Idaho offers- breathtaking sunset, surrounding mountains, open landscape, and of course, the lack of humidity. In his free time, he expends his love for the state by exploring smaller Idaho towns to learn about their history.
