Chanda File manages strategic communications efforts for S360’s diverse client base across the state of Alaska. Prior to joining S360, Chanda worked in public affairs and university relations at the University of Alaska, as a legislative aide in the Alaska State Legislature, and as campaign manager for local political campaigns in Fairbanks, Alaska. Chanda brings this experience in communications and advocacy to her position at S360.
