Dian is in charge of organizing day-to-day office administration, recruitment procedures, employee’s payroll, and necessary expenses for the Web Engineering Group. She also measures the team’s personality and performance to come up with productivity improvement strategies.

Dian worked as an Assessor at a Consulting Psychology company prior to joining S360, and has earned a masters degree in clinical psychology.

When she’s not working, Dian loves to read novels and play computer games.
