John serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Strategies 360’s Finance team based out of the Seattle headquarters. As CFO, John is responsible for oversight of the firm’s accounting team and processes. He ensures timely and accurate processing and reporting of the firm’s financial information to allow for superior decision-making throughout the entire firm. John’s background is in financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, and managerial accounting.

With extensive experience in financial reporting for both public and private companies as well as in financial data analysis to assist in operations improvements, John can support any type of client business model with accurate and clear financial information. Most recently, he served as the Controller at Glassybaby, where he created an accounting department from the ground up and developed accounting policies and procedures. Prior to that, John was the Director of Finance at Continuant, Inc. There, not only did he prepare and analyze the company’s financial statements, he was also tasked to lead the ten-person finance and accounting team. The S360 finance department benefits from John’s stellar combination of leadership skills and deep knowledge of institutional financial practices.

John graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in economics. He has served as treasurer on nonprofit boards for schools and residential services for mentally and physically challenged adults. John is working to become a private pilot and enjoys all things tech.
