Lambros Syrmos

Manager, Federal Relations, Washington D.C.

Lambros Syrmos, originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, is a political strategist with extensive experience across international and domestic political landscapes. As a Federal Relations Manager for Strategies 360 in Washington, D.C., Lambros collaborates with a diverse array of clients, including trade organizations, Counties, NGOs, tribal entities, and Fortune 500 companies, to navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments. His work for Strategies 360 includes advocacy, federal funding, and strategic communications.

Previously, Lambros honed his expertise as a Consultant at FTI Consulting in Brussels, where he provided tailored policy analysis and strategic advice to global clients, focusing on the European regulatory landscape. His international portfolio also includes conducting environmental conflict research for the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform and contributing to analysis on climate-related conflicts with the International Crisis Group.

Lambros holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute, specializing in Global Security and Energy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, graduating Cum Laude. Proficient in multiple languages and technical tools, he brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to every challenge.

On his off time, Lambros has an English-based podcast, website and blog dedicated to Olympiacos Football Club, which has seen him recognized as an award nominated journalist in Greece and internationally! When the club isn’t playing, Lambros can be found biking and enjoying the amazing museums in the Washington D.C. area.
