Miranda Miller
Senior Director of Government Affairs, Oregon
Miranda serves as the Senior Director of Government Affairs in the Strategies 360 Oregon office. She is responsible for providing communications and messaging support, political strategy, and policy knowledge for her clients. With experience in a range of issue areas including reproductive rights, sex work decriminalization, behavioral health and health care, and clean energy, Miranda has successfully managed and built coalitions and shepherded bills through the legislature.
Prior to S360, Miranda worked as a Field Director and later Legislative Aide to Oregon State Representative Rachel Prusak, where she successfully created and executed the most comprehensive field campaign in the state. She then gained deeper knowledge analyzing election outcomes as a Political Data Administrator at NARAL Pro-Choice Oregon. In 2019, Miranda served as a Lobbyist and Account Manager for Pac/West Communications and represented the Coalition for a Healthier Oregon and the National Association of Social Workers. Most recently, Miranda served as the Chief of Staff to Representative Andrea Salinas. Miranda organized and managed Rep Salinas’s office, overseeing all of her pieces of legislation in the 2021 session, which included complex and contentious legislation like the Equal Access to Care Act and the Healthcare Interpretation Accountability Act.
Miranda earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University and now calls the Pacific Northwest her home. When not working, Miranda enjoys doing all things outdoors – hiking and campaign – and spending time with her dog, Gus and husband, Kay. Miranda also plays for the Rose City Rollergirls Roller derby league!
